I heard these really suck. Did they inject directly into the bite?
Excellent query, Lisa. Yes, they do suck. The rabies vaccine is extremely thick and the needle is quite imposing. The first shot goes directly into the site of the bite and blows it up to the size of a golf ball. My arm is still all bruised up from that. Then I got two more shots that first day, one in each arm. The remaining shots just go in the arm. Great times.
